Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisors for long-term rail infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kent/Sussex. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities on rail civil engineering projects.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and operatives.
- Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, company procedures, and health & safety legislation.
- Monitor progress against programme and report on site performance.
- Complete site documentation including permits, inspections, and daily records.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme delivery.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Requirements
- Valid PTS certification.
- Previous experience supervising rail civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work activities and site teams.
- Full UK driving licence.
