Role Overview
As a PTS Civils Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of civil engineering works within a railway environment. You will act as the key site lead, ensuring all activities are fully compliant with railway standards, project specifications, and health & safety regulations. You will play a critical role in coordinating site operations, managing teams, and maintaining communication between engineers, subcontractors, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civils works on site
- Ensure compliance with all railway safety and PTS regulations
- Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
- Monitor progress against programme and report updates
