Teamforce Labour is currently recruiting experienced Civils Site Supervisors for an immediate start in Leeds (LS25). This role is suited to candidates with strong utilities/substation experience and a proven track record in supervising civils works on infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Monitoring quality of works and adherence to specifications
- Liaising with site management and reporting progress
- Ensuring works are completed in line with programme deadlines
Scope of Works:
- Ducting and troughing
- Substation civils including earth mat installation, steel structures, and post insulators
Requirements:
- Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential
- EUSR (Persons) – essential
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle – essential
- Proven experience in substation civils works (earth mats, steel structures, post insulators)
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate site operatives
