Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor for works based in Leeds and across various sites.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise concrete gangs and ensure operatives are put to work safely and efficiently
- Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and task briefings
- Oversee concrete pours and finishing works
- Supervise power floating and brush finish concrete works
- Manage making good and remedial concrete works
- Ensure works are completed safely and to the required standard
- Coordinate labour and site activities with site management
Requirements:
- Previous experience supervising concrete works
- Strong experience with power floating and brush finish concrete
- Experience with concrete making good/remedial works
- Competent in putting men to work and carrying out briefings
- willing to travel to various sites as required
- Reliable and available for a minimum of 5 days per week
- Relevant CSCS/SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
