Teamforce Labour is currently recruiting experienced Civils Site Supervisors for an immediate start in Leeds (LS25). This role is suited to candidates with strong utilities/substation experience and a proven track record in supervising civils works on infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Monitoring quality of works and adherence to specifications
  • Liaising with site management and reporting progress
  • Ensuring works are completed in line with programme deadlines

Scope of Works:

  • Ducting and troughing
  • Substation civils including earth mat installation, steel structures, and post insulators

Requirements:

  • Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential
  • EUSR (Persons) – essential
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle – essential
  • Proven experience in substation civils works (earth mats, steel structures, post insulators)
  • Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
  • Ability to effectively manage and coordinate site operatives
