Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator Operator for an immediate start in Kendal.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor working on a busy civil engineering project, offering competitive rates and ongoing work for the right candidate.

Start: Immediate Duration: Ongoing Rate: Negotiable (Dependent on Experience)

Role & Responsibilities Operate a 360° excavator safely and efficiently on a busy construction site.

Carry out excavation, grading, trenching and backfilling works.

Assist with drainage, foundations, ducting and general earthworks.

Perform routine pre-start inspections and basic daily maintenance of plant.

Work closely with groundworkers and site management to ensure works are completed safely and on schedule.

Follow site drawings, instructions and health & safety procedures at all times.

Report any plant defects or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements Valid CPCS Blue Card or NPORS (CSCS Logo) 360 Excavator Operator qualification.

Previous experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering or construction projects.

Good understanding of safe excavation practices and underground services.

Own PPE.

Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
