Teamforce Labour are actively seeking Groundworker/Dumper Operators (BLUE CPCS/NPORS) for an immediate start in St.Fergus, Aberdeenshire.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket (Forward Tipping)
  • Experience working in civil works, hand digging, backfilling, concreting etc
  • Ability to safely operate a Dumper in a busy, high-risk environment
  • Full PPE and own transport (preferred)
  • Excellent awareness of site health & safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duties Will Include:

  • Operating the dumper as and when required
  • All aspects of groundwork – including drainage, hand digging, backfilling, concreting etc
  • Supporting on-site logistics
  • Working under site supervision to deliver project requirements
  • Maintaining machinery and reporting any issues
