Teamforce Labour is currently looking for Groundworker / Plant and Vehicle Marshallers for upcoming works in Hayes, UB3. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in a similar role to contribute to a high-profile construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently manage the movement of plant and vehicles on-site.
- Ensure that all plant and vehicles are properly marshalled in accordance with site safety protocols and operational needs.
- Work closely with site teams to maintain smooth traffic flow and reduce risks.
- Oversee the safe loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any issues or hazards to site management immediately.
Requirements:
- CPCS or NPORS certification (essential).
- EUSR (Persons) Safety Critical Medical.
- Previous experience in a similar Plant and Vehicle Marshaller role.
- Strong understanding of site safety and operational procedures.
