Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced EUSR Persons Ganger to start Monday at the Isle of Grain, Kent. Requirements: • Valid EUSR Persons qualification • Valid CSCS Card • Previous experience working as a Ganger on substation projects • Good understanding of site health & safety • Ability to lead and coordinate a team of operatives • Previous experience working within National Grid/substation environments would be advantageous Role & Responsibilities: • Leading and coordinating operatives carrying out works within the substation • Allocating daily tasks and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently • Ensuring all site rules, RAMS and safe systems of work are followed • Liaising with Site Supervisors and management regarding progress • Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high standards on site • Ensuring the team works safely within the requirements of the substation environment • Maintaining good housekeeping and site standards throughout the works About Us: Teamforce Labour is a trusted provider of skilled personnel to the Rail, Civil Engineering, Construction, Utilities and Energy industries across the UK.
