Teamforce Labour is currently seeking an experienced CPCS/NPORS Grader Operator for a long-term earthworks project. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and reliable operator with extensive experience operating motor graders on large-scale civil engineering and earthworks projects. The successful candidate must be confident carrying out grading, levelling, trimming, profiling, and finishing works to specification while maintaining high safety and productivity standards on site. Please note this role specifically requires experience operating a Motor Grader and holding the relevant competency certification.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid CPCS A19 Motor Grader ticket or NPORS equivalent
- Hold a valid Safety Critical Medical
- Have extensive experience operating graders on earthworks and civil engineering projects
- Be competent in grading, levelling, final trim, formation work, and haul road maintenance
- Be able to work safely and effectively as part of a site team
- Have a strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
- Provide references confirming recent and relevant experience
- Hold a valid CSCS card where applicable
Preferred:
- Experience working on major infrastructure or earthworks schemes
- GPS/machine control experience beneficial
Duties Include:
- Operating a motor grader safely and efficiently
- Carrying out grading and levelling works to specification

- Maintaining haul roads and site access routes
