Teamforce Labour is currently seeking experienced Pipelayers for a major civil engineering project based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes (MK16). This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and safety-focused contractor delivering critical infrastructure works. We are looking for dedicated and highly skilled operatives who take pride in delivering quality workmanship in a collaborative and safety-conscious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of underground drainage and piping systems to precise levels and gradients.
- Excavation, trenching, backfilling and reinstatement in line with project specifications.
- Reading and interpreting site drawings and utility layouts.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
- Working closely with site supervisors and engineers to meet project milestones.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker preferred).
- City & Guilds Medium Risk Confined Spaces certification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in pipelaying within civil engineering or utilities environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of pipe jointing methods, materials and trench support systems.
- Ability to work from technical drawings and method statements.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety best practices.
