Teamforce Labour are looking for experienced Crane Controllers to join our team for ongoing weekend shifts in Leeds. Both day and night shifts are available.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and control cranes safely and efficiently on site.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth lifting operations.
  • Monitor lifting operations to maintain safety standards and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of crane operations.

Requirements

  • Valid Group 2 Crane Controller certification.
  • Proven experience in crane operations.
  • Strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, including 12‑hour shifts (days or nights).
