Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with Dumper Ticket for an immediate start on a project in Buntingford (SG9).

The Role

You will be working as part of a busy civils/groundworks team, carrying out a range of general groundworks duties while also operating a dumper as required to support site activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • General groundworks including excavation, backfilling, and trenching
  • Laying drainage, ducting, kerbs, and concrete works
  • Operating a dumper safely and efficiently on site
  • Assisting with site preparation and finishing works
  • Moving materials and supporting machine operators
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with site health
