Teamforce labour are currently seeking an experienced PTS Site Supervisor with a strong civils background to join our growing team working across multiple rail and infrastructure projects throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable supervisor looking for long-term work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality rail and civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising site operations across rail and civils projects
- Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with Network Rail standards, site procedures, and health & safety regulations
- Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily inspections
- Coordinating labour, materials, and plant requirements
- Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to management
- Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
- Ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards
Requirements
- Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within rail and civils environments
- Strong understanding of civil engineering and rail infrastructure works
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
