Teamforce Labour Ltd is a family-run business and leading workforce supplier operating across the rail and construction infrastructure sectors. We hold Tier 1 supplier status on some of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes, and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our central team in Borehamwood. You will work alongside an experienced, close-knit team, sourcing and placing rail and construction operatives at pace, helping keep the UK's infrastructure running safely. Previous experience in rail recruitment is ideal, though full training is provided.

What you will do:

  • Source, attract, and engage candidates for roles across the rail and construction sectors
  • Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms and channels
  • Manage applications, conduct initial screening, and build candidate pipelines
  • Take and manage resourcing requests directly from external clients, ensuring requirements are understood and responded to promptly
  • Support Recruitment Consultants with suitable candidates for urgent and planned requirements
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and re-engage existing workers using our internal systems, including OnTrac, Safe Work Packs, and Rails CRM
  • Ensure candidates meet the compliance and certification requirements of safety-critical roles, including valid Sentinel cards and relevant competencies
  • Support the management of operative compliance in line with Network Rail fatigue management rules, drug and alcohol screening requirements, and wider safety-critical standards

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in recruitment or resourcing, ideally within rail or construction infrastructure workforce — full training is provided
  • A solid understanding of safety-critical work and the compliance standards that govern it, including Sentinel, PTS, and related rail certifications
  • Familiarity with Network Rail fatigue management requirements, including working hour restrictions and rest period rules applicable to safety-critical operatives
  • An understanding of drug and alcohol screening processes and the standards expected of safety-critical workers in the rail environment
  • Familiarity with rail industry systems such as OnTrac, Safe Work Packs, and Rail CRM is highly desirable
  • The ability to assess candidate suitability against safety-critical role requirements with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident and professional communication skills, including the ability to liaise directly with external clients
  • Confidence using IT systems and social media for candidate sourcing
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment
