Teamforce Labour is actively seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor for an immediate start in Fleetwood, Lancashire (FY7). This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Civil Engineering contractors, working on a major infrastructure project. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious candidates with proven experience supervising lifting operations in a high-risk construction environment.

Working Hours

  • 12-hour shifts: 07:00 - 19:00
  • Shift pattern work required
  • Weekend work available

Requirements to be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Blue CPCS A62 Crane/Lifting Operations Supervisor card or NPORS Lift Supervisor (essential)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Lift Supervisor role
  • An up-to-date CV
  • Two recent work references
  • Strong understanding of lifting plans, safe systems of work, and current lifting regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Safety Critical Medical is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site
  • Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the approved lifting plan
  • Liaise with crane operators, slinger/signallers, appointed persons, and site management
  • Conduct pre-lift briefings and ensure all personnel understand the lifting operation
  • Monitor compliance with site health and safety procedures and lifting regulations
  • Report any unsafe conditions or incidents promptly
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity throughout the project
