Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor for a long-term project based in Fleetwood. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and reliable individual to join a well-established contractor and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating all on-site civil engineering activities
  • Managing site teams, subcontractors, and plant to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and deadlines
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and ensuring compliance at all times
  • Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to project management
  • Managing materials, plant, and labour resources effectively
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or delays on site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor on similar projects
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering and groundworks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Full PPE
  • First Aid (preferred)
