Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor for a long-term project based in Fleetwood. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and reliable individual to join a well-established contractor and oversee day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating all on-site civil engineering activities
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and plant to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and ensuring compliance at all times
- Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions
- Monitoring progress and reporting to project management
- Managing materials, plant, and labour resources effectively
- Identifying and resolving any issues or delays on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor on similar projects
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering and groundworks
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Full PPE
- First Aid (preferred)
