Steelfixer Foreman – Teamforce Labour Limited

We are seeking a highly experienced Steelfixer Foreman for a long‑term project in Uxbridge, West London. This opportunity is for a professional with a strong background in steel fixing, ready to lead and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of steelfixers on site.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with construction drawings and method statements.
• Maintain quality control procedures and complete daily reports.
• Liaise with site engineers and management to ensure work is completed to programme.
• Monitor health & safety compliance and enforce standards on site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in steel fixing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman capacity.
• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card – NVQ Level 2 in Steelfixing (or higher).
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Safety Critical Medical preferred (not essential).
• Two checkable references.
• Up‑to‑date CV.
