Teamforce Labour is recruiting experienced and reliable Site Wardens for upcoming Rail Safety Critical works across London, Kent, and Sussex.

Job Details

  • Locations: London, Kent & Sussex
  • Shift Patterns: Singles, Doubles & Triple Shifts Available
  • Dates: Friday 29th May – Sunday 31st May
  • Shifts: Days, Nights & Weekend Possessions
  • Duration: Week 9 Possession Works
  • Rates: Competitive rates available

Role & Responsibilities

  • Carry out Site Warden duties in accordance with rail safety standards
  • Monitor workforce movements and maintain site safety awareness
  • Ensure safe access and egress within designated work areas
  • Support COSS teams and site management during possessions
  • Maintain clear communication with rail staff and operational teams
  • Assist in implementing safe systems of work on site
  • Remain vigilant to changing site conditions and operational risks
  • Ensure compliance with Sentinel and Network Rail safety procedures

Requirements

  • Valid Sentinel Card with relevant competencies
  • In-date PTS certification
  • Previous experience working within Rail Safety Critical environments
  • Good understanding of rail site safety procedures
  • Ability to work flexible possession shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and situational awareness skills
  • Additional rail competencies advantageous
