Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisor for a long-term position, starting Monday 12th October.

Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civils works on site.
- Manage site operatives and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
- Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions where required.
- Ensure RAMS are understood and followed by all site personnel.
- Monitor site health & safety and ensure compliance with Network Rail and site-specific procedures.
- Coordinate plant, labour and materials to maintain productivity.
- Liaise with Site Management, Engineers and other contractors.
- Carry out quality checks and ensure works are completed to the required standard.
- Maintain accurate site records and report progress, issues and delays to management.
Requirements
- Valid PTS
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Valid CSCS
- Previous experience supervising civils works within a rail environment.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
