Teamforce Labour are currently looking for a reliable and professional Minibus Driver to join our team for a long-term position based in Tilbury.

  • Role & Responsibilities
  • Safely transport construction personnel to and from site locations in a 9-seater minibus.
  • Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure the vehicle is clean and roadworthy.
  • Plan routes to ensure operatives arrive on site safely and on time.
  • Maintain accurate journey records where required.
  • Report any vehicle defects or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all road traffic laws and company health & safety procedures.
  • Provide a professional and courteous service to all passengers.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred).
  • Previous experience driving a minibus or passenger vehicle is advantageous.
  • Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
  • Good knowledge of local roads and route planning.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
