Teamforce Labour is currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with a Dumper Ticket for an immediate start on the prestigious Lower Thames Crossing project in East Tilbury, Essex (RM18).

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, offering long-term work, plenty of overtime, and regular weekend shifts for the right candidates.

You will undertake a wide range of groundworks activities while safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper to support daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out all aspects of general groundworks
  • Excavation, trenching, backfilling, and reinstatement works
  • Installing drainage, ducting, kerbing, and concrete works
  • Safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper to transport materials around site
  • Assisting with site preparation and finishing works
  • Supporting plant operators and other site trades
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Working in accordance with all site health, safety, and environmental procedures

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Forward Tipping Dumper qualification
  • CSCS Card
  • Safety Critical Medical
  • Previous experience working as a Groundworker on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Good understanding of drainage, ducting, kerbing, and general groundwork operations
  • Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Two recent work references
  • Up-to-date CV
