Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Civils Site Supervisor for a long-term opportunity based in Fleetwood.
Role Overview
As Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. You’ll play a key role in coordinating site activities and supporting the wider delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising all on‑site civils activities and workforce
- Ensuring all works are carried out in line with RAMS and health & safety regulations
- Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and materials on site
- Carrying out site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks
- Monitoring progress and reporting updates to the site/project manager
- Maintaining high standards of quality and site compliance
- Identifying and resolving on‑site issues efficiently
- Supporting programme delivery and helping drive works forward
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a civils site supervision role
- Strong knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering projects
- SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage teams and maintain site standards
