Teamforce Labour is currently recruiting for an experienced Rubber Duck Operator for a long-term opportunity. This role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience operating wheeled 360 machines in a civil engineering environment. Applicants must be highly reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working on drainage tasks and around live services.
Responsibilities
- Operate a wheeled 360 machine (Rubber Duck) on a civil engineering project.
- Perform drainage tasks and work around live services as required.
Requirements
- Blue CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) for 360 Machine – Wheeled
- Valid Lifting Operations endorsement
- Safety Critical Medical (in date)
- Thames Water Passport (valid) preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in deep drainage and excavating near live services
- Two contactable references
- Up-to-date CV
