We’re looking for a highly experienced Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our lead generation engine. This is a data-driven, hands‑on role focused on funnels, experimentation, and measurable growth – not content or website management.
What you’ll own:
- Analytics & Tracking: GA4, events, full-funnel visibility
- Funnel Optimization (CRO): Identify leaks, improve conversions
- Paid Acquisition: Google, LinkedIn, Meta — optimize CAC & lead quality
- Experimentation: Run A/B tests across pages, messaging, and flows
- Lead Growth: Increase qualified leads and build scalable systems
SaaS Experience (Required):
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of funnels (visitor → demo/signup → revenue)
- Familiar with CAC, LTV, MQL → SQL, pipeline
- Experience working closely with sales & product teams
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in growth / performance marketing
- Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline, or revenue
- Strong in analytics, paid campaigns, and A/B testing
- Thinks in funnels, experiments, and impact — not tasks
Not a fit if you:
- Focus on vanity metrics
- Need direction for every step
- Haven’t owned a funnel end‑to‑end
