Senior Product Designer

The role is based in the Innovation Center and is hybrid. Pay is competitive with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design of Pitch‑side Experience for matchday tools.
• Combine strong craft with sound judgement on ambiguous design problems, knowing when to diverge from the design system.
• Run or commission research, test with users, and iterate based on real evidence rather than opinion.
• Mentor other designers, raise the bar in critique, and serve as a trusted design partner to engineering and product.

Qualifications

• Significant mobile app design experience.
• Strong experience in product design.
• Ability to turn a vague brief into clear design direction, and be persuasive in reviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Research‑literate: validate ambiguous problems with real users rather than opinion.
• Enjoys mentoring and raising the design bar for people around them.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Figma for design, prototyping, and design system.
• Close day‑to‑day pairing with engineers building the React Native app.
• User research and testing with coaches, players, and parents on matchday.
• A growing design system shared across web and mobile.
