We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People and Culture Officer to support the smooth running of our People and Culture team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our employee experience is seamless, our processes are efficient, and our culture continues to thrive. You’ll be the backbone of our team, providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle and helping to embed our values into everyday practices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Culture & Engagement
    • Help organise internal events, celebrations, and wellbeing initiatives
    • Support employee feedback processes and engagement surveys
    • Assist in rolling out culture and values initiatives
  • HR Administration
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
    • Prepare contracts, letters, and onboarding documentation
    • Support with offboarding processes and exit interviews
  • Recruitment Support
    • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
    • Assist with job postings and applicant tracking
    • Support hiring managers with recruitment logistics
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure HR documentation is compliant with relevant legislation
    • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
  • General Support
    • Be a point of contact for employee queries
    • Collaborate with payroll and finance teams for accurate data sharing
    • Provide administrative support to the Head of People and wider team

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in People/HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Passionate about people, culture, and creating a positive workplace
