We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to drive the practical adoption of AI across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on building tools, automating workflows, and helping teams use AI in their day-to-day work. This is not a strategy role. We are looking for someone who can take ideas and turn them into working solutions quickly.

Main Responsibilities
- Work directly with Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, tools and automations (e.g. Claude, GPT, APIs, internal tooling)
- Develop and manage AI use cases such as call analysis, content generation, onboarding support, and internal assistants
- Run weekly training sessions and hands-on workshops to improve adoption across teams
- Translate business problems into practical AI solutions
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas, focusing on speed and impact
- Document and share best practices across the organisation
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

- AI tools are actively used across teams (not just tested)
- Clear reduction in manual workload in key processes
- Faster turnaround times across Sales, CS and Operations
- Increased confidence and capability in using AI across the business
Requirements
- Experience building and deploying AI tools or automations in a business environment
- Strong understanding of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, APIs, Zapier/Make or similar
- Ability to move quickly from idea to execution
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical outcomes
- Comfortable working directly with non-technical teams
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and train others effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Experience with Salesforce
- Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript or similar)
