Team Fee Pay is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the Platform backend, focusing on shared services and payments alongside our core API, database and infrastructure.

You’ll drive end-to-end feature design and deliver robust, scalable backend solutions.

You will mentor engineers, raise the quality of code reviews and help shape our architecture as we move off Heroku.

A product-minded approach and strong Ruby on Rails experience are essential.
