Additionally, we offer many other complimentary services for companies looking to expand across the world. We are growing fast and seek the best and brightest to take us to the next level.

About the role:

We are looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll team, reporting to our Global Payroll Manager. This is a hands-on global payroll role with responsibility for coordinating and managing monthly payroll delivery across multiple countries. Accuracy, data validation and strong payroll controls are critical, and the role requires ownership of payroll data quality and delivery timelines. The role covers processes across Payroll, Finance, Data and Legal and requires someone who can work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the high level of service we provide to our clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate and manage monthly payroll preparation across multiple countries, working closely with third party providers and internal teams.
  • Manage payroll inputs and employee data changes (new hires, leavers, salary updates, PTO, terminations) ensuring accuracy ahead of cut off.
  • Review and manage payroll outputs, leading payroll checks and coordinating corrections and late changes.
  • Apply strong payroll controls and challenge data or outputs that do not meet required standards.
  • Maintain payroll trackers, calendars and core payroll data, ensuring consistency across internal systems and provider reports.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external and internal stakeholder payroll queries.
  • Support payroll invoicing through reviews, spot checks, reconciliations and validation against payroll data.
  • Identify recurring payroll issues, investigate root causes and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain and improve payroll process documentation, ensuring country specific procedures are clear and up to date.
  • Support payroll related projects and ad hoc initiatives as required.
  • Work closely with the Global Payroll Manager and wider payroll team to ensure smooth and accurate payroll delivery.

Some of the reasons we'll love you:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with international payrolls (LATAM and Portugal a bonus, but not required).
  • You're data savvy with proven experience using Excel/Google Sheets to create spreadsheets and custom reports.
  • You have excellent organisational and time-management skills and can juggle multiple deadlines with confidence.
  • You're detail oriented and quality driven, with a strong sense of ownership and can-do attitude.
  • You're comfortable working independently and also collaborate well as part of a team.
  • You're analytical, structured and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly in Excel.
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll and accounting software would be desirable but not essential.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are in command of a European language and completely fluent in English. Multiple languages are a plus.
