Why Does This Role Matter?

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Experience Partner to ensure our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. You will manage client inquiries, address concerns, and navigate compliance issues, focusing on service excellence, operational support, and adherence to HR and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main contact for assigned clients, providing high-quality support and resolution.
  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships.

  • Advise clients on HR and employment compliance related to EOR services, utilizing internal resources, AI tools, and global experts.

  • Keep accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
