  • Maintain payroll trackers, calendars and core payroll data, ensuring consistency across internal systems and provider reports.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external and internal stakeholder payroll queries.
  • Support payroll invoicing through reviews, spot checks, reconciliations and validation against payroll data.
  • Identify recurring payroll issues, investigate root causes and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain and improve payroll process documentation, ensuring country specific procedures are clear and up to date.
  • Support payroll related projects and ad hoc initiatives as required.
  • Work closely with the Global Payroll Manager and wider payroll team to ensure smooth and accurate payroll delivery.

Some of the reasons we’ll love you:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with international payrolls (LATAM and Portugal a bonus, but not required).

  • You have excellent organisational and time-management skills and can juggle multiple deadlines with confidence.
  • You’re detail oriented and quality driven, with a strong sense of ownership and can do attitude.
  • You’re comfortable working independently and also collaborate well as a part of a team.
  • You’re analytical, structured and possess strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly in Excel.
