Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager Electrical of Electronic background. You will be selling Electrical industrial machinery. Home based, travel 20% We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager with a strong electrical/electronic engineering background to manage and develop key customer accounts. You could be an Engineer wanting to break into Sales or Sales Engineer looking for an new role. This is primarily an account management role, building long-term customer relationships, understanding technical requirements and identifying opportunities for equipment, upgrades, spare parts and service. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop key customer accounts. Provide technical advice and solutions using your electrical/electronic knowledge. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Manage enquiries, quotations and orders. Conduct customer visits, technical meetings and presentations. Work with engineering, service and production teams to deliver customer solutions. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline information. Represent the company at customer sites and industry events. About You Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or strong technical experience. Experience in technical sales, sales engineering or account management. Good understanding of electrical/electronic systems. Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills. Customer-focused and commercially aware. Full UK driving licence. Willing to travel within the UK and internationally. Experience with industrial equipment, manufacturing,or technical solutions would be an advantage.
