Parts Advisor / Service Administrator β CNC Machinery & Machine Tools
A motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor / Service Administrator to join our an After Sales Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in technical customer support.
Previous experience in machinery, machine tools, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial equipment would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Identify and source spare parts using technical manuals and manufacturer databases.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders through to invoicing.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source parts and monitor deliveries.
- Support Field Service Engineers with parts quotations and recommendations.
- Process warranty claims, returns, and service documentation.
- Maintain stock records and support inventory control.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent after-sales support.
About You
- Experience in a parts, service, administration, or customer support role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Experience with Sage, ERP systems, stock control, or technical documentation is advantageous but not essential.
