We're looking for an Electrical Test & Service Engineer to join our team, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting electrical systems, control panels and induction heating equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician or junior engineer looking to develop their skills and progress into a field/service engineering role. The role
Test and commission electrical equipment and control systems.
Diagnose faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes and other test equipment.
Read electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
Support installation, commissioning and troubleshooting at customer sites.
Produce test reports and maintain technical records.
Work alongside experienced engineers and support customers.
Travel internationally for installations and service work.
You'll have
ONC/HNC, City& Guilds, or 18th Edition in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or relevant practical experience.
An understanding of electrical systems and safety.
Ability to read electrical drawings.
Some experience with testing and fault finding.
Good communication and PC skills.
A willingness to travel internationally.
Junior engineers are encouraged to apply. Training and development will be provided for the right person.
