About the Role
The Customer Care Advisor role is central to supporting contractors as they transition into and operate within an umbrella employment model. You will guide new contractors through the onboarding and learning process while providing fast, accurate, and professional support to existing contractors. This role suits candidates who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of meeting high performance standards. Shortlisted candidates must be suitable for the role and will be required to complete role-related assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contractor Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with contractors through consistently high service levels
- Resolve contractor queries and complaints efficiently while protecting the integrity of the relationship
- Track issues through to resolution, ensuring a positive contractor experience
- Contribute to meeting departmental SLAs across all contractor interactions
- Ensure all compliance and internal processes are followed at all times
- Communicate confidently and professionally with contractors via telephone, with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Respond promptly to contractor enquiries through email and written correspondence
- Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure accurate information sharing and seamless service delivery
- Maintain clear, consistent communication to deliver a high-quality customer experience
