We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our teams across Ireland. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with deep knowledge of Irish employment law, HR best practices, and proven experience partnering with leadership teams. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people initiatives that support organisational goals while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering
    • Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in Ireland, providing guidance on all people-related matters.
    • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
    • Provide advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
    • Ensure HR practices comply with Irish employment law.
    • Advise on and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment legislation and translate into practical HR policies and processes.
  • Talent & Performance
    • Support performance management cycles, including feedback, appraisals, and career development discussions.
    • Partner with leaders on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
    • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce integration.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives
    • Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as DE&I initiatives, culture and engagement programs, and organisational change efforts.
    • Provide input into global HR strategies, ensuring they are adapted to fit the Irish context.
    • Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Experience handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
