TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high-footfall motorway service station. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas – including public toilets and shower facilities. You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.
Shifts may include 05:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 23:00 (Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs).
What You'll Need
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Own vehicle – due to the location, there is no public transport access
