Working Cleaning Supervisor
Immediate start available. Own transport would be helpful due to site location.
TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at a busy motorway service station. In this hands‑on role you will supervise and work alongside five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas, including public toilets and shower facilities. You will work closely with the Area Manager to ensure smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on‑the‑job training, and serve as the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.
Shifts may include:
- 05:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 23:00
- Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
What You'll Need
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to lead by example
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Own vehicle – no public transport access to the location
