About The Role
TC Facilities Management are recruiting a North Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-site, multi-customer contracts. This role is responsible for delivering operational performance, customer satisfaction and strong people leadership across the region. Reporting into the senior operations leadership team, you will be accountable for service delivery, compliance, team development and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple sites and customers across the North
- Lead, coach and develop Area Managers and operational teams
- Drive performance against agreed KPIs, service levels and budgets
- Deliver P&L performance in line with targets
- Support new contract mobilisations and service expansions
- Conduct regular, structured site visits to ensure specifications and standards are met
- Manage audits and compliance, ensuring Health & Safety and COSHH standards are fully adhered to
- Handle customer escalations professionally, building strong partnerships
- Promote engagement, performance management and continuous improvement
- Act as a custodian of the TCFM brand across all sites

- Proven experience managing multi-site operations
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware with experience delivering KPIs and budgets
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH legislation
- Flexible to travel across the region as required
