About The Role

What will you be doing?

  • Working as the Site Security Officer
  • Create a secure environment, in which our customers, their employees, and visitors are able to feel safe
  • Promote confidence with every customer, colleague, and stakeholder through effective decision-making, communication, and professional security standards
  • Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and customer policy
  • Respond in an effective manner to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services, the Customer, and the Security Operations Centre, as appropriate
  • Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover
  • Utilise the relevant site security systems to detect risks and potential security breaches
  • Utilise TRACKTIK to complete patrols and reporting of incidents
  • Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/near miss reporting
  • Prevent unauthorised access to site, whether by a person, vehicle, or object
  • Respond to unplanned events or incidences promptly
  • Work in collaboration with the customer’s FM team and complete relevant tasks
  • Engage with training & development as required

About You

You will need a valid SIA licence for this role.
