About The Role

TCFM is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team

Please note this role is Hybrid with the successful candidate required to work 3 days in our head office

  • You work alongside the Commercial Finance Manager to provide advice, support, financial analysis and reporting to enable effective contract management and to drive effective decision making.
  • You will carry out revenue reconciliation for the Security Division.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Cost Models for Security Division.
  • What you’ll be doing
  • Take responsibility for the billing preparation and producing revenue reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date costings for Security contracts.
  • Monitor the provision of additional services to contract customers and ensure that financial controls are in place such that all such services are delivered profitably.
  • Provide support and analysis for Account Managers.
  • Maintain regular dialogue with TCFM colleagues and customer contacts to remain up to date on all financial aspects of contract operations and to enable early identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Ad hoc duties as requested to support the Commercial Finance Manager and finance colleagues.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • What we’re looking for
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or

IOSH Managing Safely (minimum).

  • Proven track record in multi-site H&S management (ideally FM, cleaning, or security).
  • Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 frameworks.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Confident communicator able to influence at all levels and travel UK-wide.

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a Similar role supporting and influencing an operational team (not necessarily industry specific)
  • Understanding of revenue recognition
  • Strong analytical and IT skills; particularly Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage varying workloads
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Flexibility and determination
  • Strong focus on attention to detail.

While Strong analytical experience is key, applicants for the role are likely to have some form of accounting qualification or experience working with financial information.
