\nYour responsibilities as Finance Manager\n \n

- Lead month-end reporting, management accounts, KPI reporting and board reporting packs.
- Partner with operational teams to improve profitability through commercial analysis and insight.
- Take ownership of manufacturing costing, production variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and planning activities.
- Oversee inventory controls including stock reconciliations, stocktakes, valuation and ageing analysis.
- Strengthen financial controls, support audits, improve finance processes and contribute to ERP system development.

\nWhat we're looking for in a Finance Manager\n \n

- Professional accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, costing and operational finance.
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present meaningful data.
- Experience partnering with operational management to improve commercial performance.
