Responsibilities
- Involved in maintenance, installations, troubleshooting and commissioning of high-value electronic equipment and real-time monitoring systems.
- Trained in working with the specific systems within a supportive team environment.
- Involved in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), documenting results and resolving issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Support mobilisation of survey equipment, including installation and mounting systems on site.
- Communicate with customers during installation and commissioning activities, keeping them informed of progress and responding to requests in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with electronic equipment, instrumentation, or technical systems including troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Background in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Any experience with survey equipment, sensors, or data acquisition systems in a field-based role would be highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and documentation.
- Good communication skills and customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and working at client sites.
- Full manual UK driving licence.
Compensation and Benefits
- You will receive a salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum plus:
