The Role

As a Payroll Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • End-to-end management of monthly in-house payrolls
  • Administering pensions, benefits and salary sacrifice schemes
  • Preparing journals, reconciliations and reports
  • Handling HMRC submissions including RTI, P11Ds and year-end requirements
  • Liaising with external providers and supporting audits

About You

To succeed as a Payroll Manager, you’ll bring:

  • Previous in-house payroll experience (not outsourced)
  • Strong working knowledge of Payrite software
  • Understanding of salary sacrifice schemes and benefits administration
  • Experience with P11Ds and year end processes
  • CIPP / full MCIPP membership
