The Role
As a Payroll Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- End-to-end management of monthly in-house payrolls
- Administering pensions, benefits and salary sacrifice schemes
- Preparing journals, reconciliations and reports
- Handling HMRC submissions including RTI, P11Ds and year-end requirements
- Liaising with external providers and supporting audits
About You
To succeed as a Payroll Manager, you’ll bring:
- Previous in-house payroll experience (not outsourced)
- Strong working knowledge of Payrite software
- Understanding of salary sacrifice schemes and benefits administration
- Experience with P11Ds and year end processes
- CIPP / full MCIPP membership
