Your responsibilities as Team & Operations Administrator:

  • Provide administrative support across governance, operational and business activities
  • Process invoices, expenses and payments while maintaining accurate records
  • Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding and employee administration processes
  • Coordinate meetings, events and governance activities, including documentation and minutes
  • Maintain databases, trackers and reporting information in line with GDPR requirements
  • Liaise with internal functions to support efficient systems, reporting and process improvements

What we’re looking for in a Team & Operations Administrator:

  • Previous experience within an administration or operations support position, in a charity or purpose driven environment
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Knowledge of financial administration, including invoices and expenses processing
  • Experience using databases, business systems and information management tools
  • Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate records and documentation
