A specialist vehicle conversion and manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Auto Electrician to join the team. This is an onsite role, focused on the adaption and build of blue light and emergency service vehicles. What's on Offer £15.00 per hour 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 16:30) Overtime opportunities where available Temp-to-perm or permanent employment options Long-term opportunity with a growing specialist manufacturer Immediate start available What you’ll be doing as Auto Electrician: You will be responsible for the installation, wiring, testing and fault-finding of electrical systems on vehicle conversions, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Electrical fitting and wiring of blue light and emergency service vehicles Installation of lighting, sirens, control panels and vehicle accessories Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings Vehicle electrical fault-finding, diagnostics and testing Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards Supporting vehicle build and adaptation projects from start to finish What we’re looking for in an Auto Electrician: Previous experience as an Auto Electrician, Vehicle Electrical Fitter or similar Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and wiring Ability to read wiring schematics and technical drawings Experience with fault-finding and diagnostics Attention to detail and a quality-focused approach Full UK driving licence preferred To apply for this role, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.
