Turning advertising spend into profitable growth takes more than keeping campaigns ticking over. As a Paid Search Manager, you'll use data, testing and commercial insight to scale acquisition across international markets while making every pound of budget work harder. You'll take hands-on ownership of campaigns across major advertising platforms, working closely with Marketing, Analytics, Creative and Product teams to uncover opportunities, improve performance and support continued market growth. There's also genuine scope to develop your leadership skills, with the opportunity to take on people management responsibilities as the team evolves.

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive salary plus an annual bonus following successful completion of probation
  • 24 days annual leave, with additional days awarded after three years service
  • Career development within a large international iGaming organisation, including the opportunity to progress into people management

Your responsibilities as Paid Search Manager:

  • Develop, manage and optimise acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads and Universal App Campaigns, identifying opportunities to increase profitable growth
  • Own campaign structure, keyword strategy, search query analysis, bidding, targeting and budget pacing across multiple international markets
  • Plan and analyse A/B tests across advertising copy, creative assets, landing pages, bidding strategies and targeting, using results to drive continuous improvements
  • Monitor CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS and revenue, working with Analytics to turn campaign and market-level data into clear actions and recommendations
  • Support budget planning, forecasting and reporting, highlighting performance issues and building evidence-based recommendations for further investment
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product and other stakeholders on messaging, Custom Product Pages and acquisition testing while keeping pace with platform developments and new growth opportunities

What we're looking for in a Paid Search Manager:

  • Strong hands-on PPC or performance marketing experience, including managing significant campaigns and budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Excellent knowledge of keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, campaign structure, optimisation, forecasting and performance measurement
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting campaign data, evaluating commercial performance and making evidence-led decisions
  • Experience of A/B testing across advertising copy, landing pages, messaging and targeting, with the ability to understand how creative changes influence CTR and conversion
  • Experience with international markets, app acquisition, Universal App Campaigns or Apple Search Ads would be advantageous, as would exposure to iGaming, betting, casino, ecommerce or another performance-led sector

If you know how to find the opportunities hidden in campaign data and turn them into profitable growth, this Paid Search Manager position gives you the platform to make a measurable impact.
