Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver the site people plan
- Lead across the full employee lifecycle including ER, engagement, recruitment and L&D
- Drive initiatives across reward, recognition, EDI and wellbeing
- Support and develop a small team of HR Advisors
- Influence decision-making and challenge where needed to improve outcomes
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to support delivery of HR strategy
What we're looking for in a HR Business Partner:
- Previous experience operating in a Business Partner or Manager level HR role
- Experience within a fast-paced environment such as logistics, retail or manufacturing
- Strong Employee Relations knowledge across complex casework
- Experience supporting and developing team members
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
Working hours: Monday to Friday, on-site
